Lucia Fatima is a self-taught photographer who began to seriously explore this fascinating creative medium during her years of study in Zurich, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Ethnology. Between classes, she spent her free time practicing with friends, taking self-portraits, and collaborating with various fashion agencies in the city.
After completing her bachelor’s degree, she realized she wanted to pursue photography professionally and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Fashion Photography in Milan. There, she learned the art of developing photographic projects within the fashion industry.
Her delicate and minimal style, often touched with ethereal elements, occasionally intertwines with more intense experimentation. The project “Ombre”, created for Giovanni Filippini, aims to explore the many facets of the world of shadows, with images that alternate between graphic clarity and more dynamic movement. Because, like shadows, life is a blend of contrasts and harmonies.
